Catherine Stubbings set up Celandine Strategic Housing in 2009 with the aim of providing independent advice and integrated solutions to the challenges of delivering affordable housing.
Catherine has extensive experience in public sector housing strategy, policy, tenancy management and service delivery. Housing Association Board membership and teaching, training and mentoring complete her background.
Her skills include evidence-gathering, clear succinct analysis, a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a person-centred approach to consultation and communication. Combining insight into the planning process, links between housing, planning and economic development and experience of housing market assessment, enabling affordable housing delivery and the housing needs of older people and rural communities, Catherine offers integrated approaches to addressing complex issues.
Catherine is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a member of the Institute's South East Branch Regional Committee.
Catherine works independently and with associates and partners to provide a comprehensive range of expertise tailored to clients' requirements. Celandine Strategic Housing also provides specialist housing input to large multi-disciplinary projects.
